We present a new class of queueing models that include working breakdown, repair, and balking behavior. Unlike traditional models, where breakdowns lead to complete service halts, these systems experience defects that reduce service speed. By using probability-generating functions, we derive expressions for the probability of a repair state. In order to evaluate the feasibility of the queueing model, the performance metrics have been calculated, and the numerical findings are shown. Finally, the cost analysis of failure rate, repair time, and service rates is discussed.
