The purpose of this study is to consider how business process reengineering (BPR) could lead to better operational performance, improved customer satisfaction, and fulfillment of Shariah standards. Researchers used quantitative analysis of measurements, as well as qualitative interviews with those affected, to gain insights into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A 3-year projection was made by conducting a simulation to determine how BPR implementation would impact the business. According to the results, every metric improved: processing times were shorter by 33.1%, there was a 27.14% increase in customer satisfaction, and the firm became 21.36% more Shariah compliant by year three. These gains were attributed to the integration of digital technologies, automation, and application of gamification and blockchain tools, which together improved customer engagement, operational transparency, and trust. The creation of the Islamic BPR Composite Index (IBCI) has enabled a comprehensive assessment of institutional performance across efficiency, compliance, digital integration, and responsiveness. It was confirmed that implementing BPR sustainably involves investing in technology, following Islamic principles, and managing changes. Accordingly, this study introduces a framework based on Shariah and technology in business process reengineering (BPR) for better service delivery and competitiveness.
