In this paper, we developed a method for assessing the response performance of students to lecturing/learning strategies via an integer programming approach to dynamic game problems. The data for the study were collected from the Department of Statistics, FUTO. For optimal performance, lecturing/learning strategies: 1, 5, and 2 should be adopted, while strategies 3 and 4 should be discarded because of their poor performance outcomes. Strategy A1 produced a 53% success rate on the students’ performance; strategy A5 produced a 49% success rate, and strategy A2 produced a 40% success rate.
