A new matrix approach to solve the inverse problems of the choice of heat exchange design and hear carriers parameters to provide the effective work of a heat exchanges system is proposed. A new formulation of the heat transfer inverse problem with the moving boundary of phase transform is suggested. The obtained solutions can be realized in practice for development of resources and energy saving technologies.
