In this paper, we design a queue model for eye hospital in stochastic environment. We try to frame a queue model which arises when people/patients go to eye hospital for eye check-up. The customer has to pass through some service channels to get the service in eye hospital. It is assumed that the service will be completed when the customers/patients pass through all the service channels. In this model, it is assumed that the arrival pattern and service pattern follow the Poisson probability distribution. The calling population is taken as infinite. Probability generating function technique is used to find queue characteristics. Behavioural analysis is done graphically with the help of tables obtained by giving particular values to arrival rate, service rate and probabilities.
