Many group decision support methods already exist in the literature but some of them lead to a compensation of weak criteria by stronger ones. The objective of this work is to develop a method that allows to bypass this compensation. This method is based on the WPM (weighted product method) which already exists in the literature within the framework of a single decision-maker and the geometric mean. An extension of the WPM method already exists but it does not use the geometric mean and does not take into account the cases where some actions with regard to some criteria take zero values. In this work, we have made an extension of the WPM method to the group decision which takes into account the zero values. We also made numerical applications and obtained interesting results.
