Advances and Applications in Fluid Mechanics

The Advances and Applications in Fluid Mechanics publishes research papers in all aspects of fluid mechanics, including theoretical, computational, and experimental investigations. It covers topics such as compressible and incompressible flow, turbulence, and multiphase flow. Application-oriented articles are encouraged, and survey articles are welcome.

The management has decided to do not charges any Article Processing Charges (APC) for papers submitted for publication on or before December 31, 2025.

Articles are published within one month after acceptance.

Article Processing Charges (APC):

An open-access journal offers wide accessibility to published articles, which benefits the contributors. However, due to the absence of subscription revenue, the journal faces financial challenges. To maintain publication standards, peer review is necessary, requiring significant correspondence. Additionally, costs for proper composing and proofreading need to be covered. The upkeep of an efficient office also requires funding. 

To facilitate the publication process, we have introduced an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. Authors are required to pay an APC of USD 200.00 per article to cover the associated publication costs. For authors residing in India, the charge is INR 2000.00 per article. A free digital copy of the paper is provided to the corresponding author.
